1-Presentation:

As part of its efforts to support and assist new entrepreneurs in keeping up with professional activities and helping them acquire the tools and skills necessary to establish themselves in national and especially international markets, the National Office of Traditional Industries organizes annually the New Entrepreneurs Space at the Palace of Exhibitions in El Kram, as part of the Innovation Salon in Traditional Industries. This space provides new entrepreneurs in the sector with quality and targeted support and guidance services aimed at structuring their activities and improving the quality of their products.

Moreover, this mentioned space is considered the most prominent professional gathering for outstanding new entrepreneurs at the national level, due to the promising opportunities it offers them to showcase their products and engage in direct communication with professionals, craftsmen, and investors, helping them establish important professional and commercial relationships.

2-The desired goals of organizing space for new emitters:

  • Exploring a new generation of entrepreneurs who possess qualifications, skills, and scientific and training backgrounds that enable them to drive the growth of investment in the sector and develop its production system.
  • Structuring and developing the activities of new entrepreneurs and guiding them towards authentic traditional industries with high added value and promising prospects in terms of promotion and export, through the services provided by the National Office in terms of guidance and support before, during, and after their participation in the mentioned space. These services aim to equip them with the necessary knowledge in the areas of management and marketing, and assist them in acquiring the skills and approaches that lead to genuine and innovative products of high quality, capable of responding to the consumption trends of both national and international markets.
  • Enhancing the marketability of the products of new entrepreneurs by expanding their professional and business relationships. The Innovation Salon in Traditional Industries, which hosts the space for new entrepreneurs, is the largest and most important gathering of craftsmen and traders, attracting many influential craftsmen, structured artisanal enterprises, exporters, investors, as well as businesspeople. This provides a suitable professional framework that allows new entrepreneurs opportunities to establish business and professional relationships with economic actors, thereby enhancing the marketability of their products.
  • Stimulating the pace of innovative and renewed private initiative by appreciating outstanding new entrepreneurs participating in this space and introducing them through a national competition for the best project by new entrepreneurs in traditional industries. The project of the entrepreneur is evaluated based on its components, operational capacity, investment value, product quality, technical characteristics, and its ability to position itself in national and especially international markets. Such a competition encourages competition among new entrepreneurs and motivates them to make additional efforts to further structure their activities, improve the quality of their products, and develop them.
