“GOLDEN KHOMSA” Contest

In the spirit of launching a new line of male and female clothing, inspired by the traditional costume but functional and meeting the requirements of modern life, NHO established since 1996, the competition for the Golden Khomsa ,the hand of Fatima. The competition is open to artisans, designers and students of fashion design and schools.

The success of the fifth and sixth editions of the contest encouraged NHO to create a second competition: the Golden Khomsa for ceremonial costume. Then the Golden Khomsa for the male costume.

Art of the table contest

A competition open to all artisans, designers and craftsmen active in the sector. This competition is the culmination of the best innovative product with an artistic character inspired by the national heritage of Tunisia, a theme that simulates all the craftsmanship, such as wood, ceramics, copper and vegetable fibers. And the decor of the space. The components of the table can also be completed using the technical method adopted by the Cluster network, which is an integrated network that combines the craft institutions and structures involved in the sector in the field of tableware.

Articles of souvenirs contest

A competition open to all artisans, designers and craftsmen active in the sector. The competition is the culmination of the best innovative product of an artistic character inspired by the national heritage such as (Tajira, Kalim …) or in relation to the monuments and archaeological sites of Tunisian countries (for example, the Dogga Theater in Beja, the archaeological site of Chemto in Jendouba, El Kssour in Tataouine, El Jem Theater …) with the aim of presenting the unique Tunisian heritage and creating promotional opportunities in the tourist markets.

Student contest

A contest dealing with the art of the table as well as the items of souvenirs inspired by the national heritage or in relation to the monuments and archaeological sites of the Tunisian country and the student can choose one of the two themes.
